According to information on the inside buffalo site, Buffalo might be in deep do-do over the waste management site. If the information is true it looks like once again Buffalo is fixing to shell out more money that it shouldn't need to. The old saying "put off till tomorrow what you could do today" is certinally alive and well in Buffalo. Or maybe it should be "put off spending $5 today when we can spend $10 tomorrow on the same thing"
